Additionally, he is employed as a Chemistry Teacher at UDVASH Academic & Admission Care. He had also been involved in the development of an online education platform from the beginning, Bondi Pathshala. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is also an accomplished chef, author, speaker, and storyteller.

Bondi Pathshala’s most energetic instructor was Mahmudul Hasan. Currently, he is teaching as a Chemistry teacher at UDVASH. Teaching is very important to him. He is passionate about teaching Physics, Chemistry, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Bengali. He started Somoto Sikkha that's why. Previously, he was an instructor at Bondi Pathshala and Mirpur Science Coaching, ILC, and BFAC.
